Business Credit Report

OBTAINING A COPY OF A FREE CREDIT REPORT FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Every registered business is entitled to one free copy of its credit report each calendar year.  A request may be also made for a Score Report which is also free once a year.

Application requirements include:

• Completed Business Consumer Report

• Application Form stamped with the company stamp

• Certified Copy of Certificate of Registration
Certified Copy of Company TRN

• A valid government ID for two directors or for one director and one company secretary

*Valid IDs include a Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID.  Proof of address is required if a passport is being used.

The credit report will be delivered to the email address you provide with your application.

Application Requirements include:

• Completed Business Consumer Report Application Form stamped with the company stamp.

• A Certified Copy of the Certificate of Registration.

• A Certified Copy of the Business TRN.

Certified Copies of a government-issued ID for two directors or for one director and one company secretary.

Approved officials for certification are Justice of the Peace (signature and Stamp/seal) or Attorney-at-Law.

Once completed, this form is to be attached to your Credit Application Form
