Membership Terms

Credit bureaus are private companies that maintain consumer credit data files and provide credit information to authorized users for a fee.  By becoming a member of our credit bureau, you can request credit reports on individuals and companies with whom you currently (or wish to) do business.

In order to become a member of the EveryData Subscriber Service, you must meet the following conditions:

- You have receivables in relation to consumers from loans or other receivables for long term or repeated fulfillment (for example loan providers, MFIs, hire purchase and utility providers).
- You have received personal information about your customers with their valid consent or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
- Your internal organizational and technical systems guarantee sufficient protection of the acquired personal data against misuse.
